Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 300ml strong coffee
  • 80ml Frangelico
  • 2 tbsp. caster sugar
  • 150g mascarpone
  • 400ml double cream
  • 2 tspn. vanilla extract
  • 16 Savoiardi biscuits
  • Cocoa powder
  • Grated chocolate

Method

  1. Whisk together the sugar, mascarpone and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the double cream and then whisk into the mascarpone mix.
  3. Whip the mix to thicken so that it holds its shape.
  4. Drizzle the biscuits with a little Frangelico and then soak in the coffee. Layer the tiramisu, using cocoa powder and finish with grated chocolate.
