Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed With Crab, Avocado & Basil

Quick and simple, these easy canapes taste so fresh.
Perfect with a glass of fizz.

  • 8 Large cherry tomatoes
  • 60g fresh white crab meat
  • ½ Avocado (diced)
  • 10 Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise


  1. Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes and gently remove all of the seeds with a teaspoon.
  2. Mix together the fresh white crab meat, diced avocado, mayonnaise and chopped basil.
  3. Place the crab mix inside the empty cherry tomatoes and refrigerate until required.
