Demo & Dine Event
Our Demo and Dine Evenings have been very well received since their introduction just before the Christmas break.
This monthly event features a new menu for our guests to enjoy every time. Thus far we have been treated to An Alternative Taste of Christmas, Winter French Bistro and Taste of the Westcountry.
However, for this month’s anticipated Demo and Dine evening, we are looking forward to something a little different. Our Chef Tutors are handing over the reins for this exclusive event to Chef Jody Spencer of Taste Buds Magazine, who will be bringing you A Taste Buds Treat.
Founded in 2004, Taste Buds Magazine is a dedicated publication for Devon’s Food and Drink scene. We’re looking forward to welcoming them to Ashburton Cookery School for what is shaping up to be an evening you won’t want to miss.
Chef Jody and the Cookery School team will demonstrate and prepare two dishes. You will pick up lots of cooking tips and presentation ideas. A question and answer session follows before you move to the dining room to enjoy the dishes you have just watched being cooked.
