But at Ashburton Cookery School we like to strive for something a little bit special. So we are pleased to announce 3 brand new evening classes for lovers of takeaway food.
During these fun 3-hour courses, you will complete a beautiful meal for two, that you can then take home.
Starting in the new year, we will be offering a choice of Indian, Italian and Thai menus.
Our expert chefs will, as always, guide you through creating these beautiful meals from scratch, with the highest quality ingredients available.
Those of you who are tempted by our Indian To Go course will get to leave with the following delights:
- Chapatti bread
- Kori Ghassi – Chicken curry with curry leaves, chill and coconut milk
- Aloo Gobi – Potato and cauliflower curry
- Pilau basmati rice
If authentic Thai food is more your thing, the menu we have to lure you is thus:
- Prawn Spring Rolls
- Panang Curry with Pork and Peanuts
- Cucumber Salad with Sour Chilli Dressing
- Jasmin rice
Or do you prefer the simple beauty of Italian cooking? The freshest ingredients you can find will go into these amazing dishes:
- Linguine with Seared Tuna, Fresh Pesto and Green Olives
- Italian Meatballs with San Marzano Tomato Sauce
